Coffee Shop Unit Manager

Looking for your first catering management role? Want to make a difference and take the next career step? We are recruiting a manager for our coffee shop, ideal for someone seeking their first management role in the catering industry with opportunity to grow the team and improve the business.

We are offering a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract, working 5 days out of 7. The role includes some weekend work, but no late evenings or early mornings.

Salary
:
Salary dependent on experience.

• Lead daily operations of the coffee shop and deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise and develop team members in a hands-on management style.
• Monitor financials and commercial performance; use available training to strengthen skills.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide consistent, positive leadership.
• Represent the brand in a professional manner and contribute to making the coffee shop bigger and better.

• Supervisory experience, preferably in a branded coffee or food business.
• Basic financial/commercial understanding; readiness to learn more on the job.
• Friendly, positive can-do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to build excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Passion for fantastic customer service and a hands-on management style.
• Self-motivated and able to encourage your team to succeed.
• Good command of the English language.
