Bright Star Care - Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform in-home evaluations and develop personalized PT plans. You will deliver interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety in patients' home environments.
We offer flexible part-time or per diem scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team. Active MA PT license and CPR certification are required; new grads are welcome.
