Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager / Falmouth & Cambourne, Cornwall / Full Time

M  Dental are currently assisting dental practices located in Falmouth & Camborne, Cornwall to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Will take notice periods into consideration.
• Independent practices.
• Full time opportunity – 5 days per week.
• Monday – Friday 8.45am-5.15pm.
• From £35,700 per annum depending on experience.
• Practice Manager will be required to spend their time equally across 2 sites based in TR11 & TR14.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ dental practice management experience.
• Practice Manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, HR duties, compliance of the practices, increasing private revenue, finance, managing KPI’s & practice budgets.
• Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
• Practice offers general dentistry alongside urgent care, Ortho, Special Care & MOS.
• Both sites have 2 surgeries & are computerised with Dentally.
• Car parking available at both sites.

All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
