Manpower Permanent Professional ricerca per importante azienda del settore metalmeccanico un/a ADDETTO UFFICIO LOGISTICA con focus sulla gestione SERVICE.
Gestione logistica: Gestione trasporti e spedizioni, gestione documentale, contatto con fornitori, emissione bolle, pianificazione e coordinamento attività;
Comunicazione in lingua francese e inglese;
Supporto al responsabile montaggi: gestione noleggi e biglietteria aerea;
Gestione del centralino aziendale;
Redazione e controllo note spese di montatori e commerciali.
- Buona conoscenza del francese e dell’inglese (scritto e parlato)
- Precedente esperienza di almeno 4-5 anni in ufficio logistica di realtà produttive, possibilmente del settore metalmeccanico;
- Ottime doti organizzative e relazionali
- Precisione e capacità di lavorare in team
