We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our People Tech Value Stream. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with experienced product leaders, collaborate across global teams, and make a real impact on how our technology supports our people.

Imagine being the "go-to" person for product support, queries, and ideas, working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party suppliers. You'll help define and deliver the product roadmap, balancing change, risk, and service, and ensuring our technology solutions align with Specsavers' strategic goals. You'll be at the heart of a team that's passionate about improving the colleague experience, driving innovation, and supporting business ambition.

You’ll thrive in this role if you're a creative and strategic thinker, with experience in product management or business ownership of IT applications, ideally in People Technology or HR. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help you manage backlogs, coordinate sprints, and oversee releases. You’ll be hands‑on with market analysis, user feedback, and competitor research, always looking for ways to improve our products and deliver real business value.
