Quantity Surveyor

Here at Keyman we are recruiting for our client specialising in various construction sectors. The following attributes will be required, but not all essential:

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is typically required.

* Professional Accreditation:
Membership or accreditation from recognized professional bodies such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is preferred.

* Experience:

Proven working experience in quantity surveying or a related role in construction

* Analytical

Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess costs and project requirements effectively.

* Interpersonal

Skills:

Excellent negotiation and communication skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
