Responsibilities- Monitoring Subcontractor
- Liaising with Client Representatives
- Maintaining contractual claims
- Prepare payments and interim payments certificates
- Negotiate Final Account
- Monitor Contractual Letters and claims
- Managing Contractors and Suppliers
- Adjudication Estimating
You must be able to provide your right to work in the UK and provide at least one current recent working reference.
