Junior Quantity Surveyor

Position: Junior Quantity Surveyor (Contract)
I am currently recruiting for Junior Quantity Surveyor position for one of our clients across on a contract or permanent basis.

You will be assisting towards the following duties

Monitoring Subcontractor

Liaising with Client Representatives

Maintaining contractual claims

Prepare payments and interim payments certificates

Negotiate Final Account

Monitor Contractual Letters and claims

Managing Contractors and Suppliers

Adjudication Estimating

You must be able to provide your right to work in the UK and provide at least one current recent working reference.
