Quantity Surveyor We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned developer in Bournemouth. The business operates across Hampshire and Dorset, with traditional housing and apartment block projects typically valuing up to £20mil. As a result of continued success in the region, they're looking to expand their commercial team with an additional Quantity Surveyor. About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing your own projects through delivery to completion, overseeing the commercial aspects working alongside the site lead.

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:
Manage sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations Manage monthly cashflow forecasts Deal with final accounts Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role: HNC / Degree qualified Experience working within a house builder Have the full right to work in the UK Live in a commutable distance to Southampton Whats on offer in return:
