Quantity Surveyor
circa 60k per annum + package
Fareham, Hampshire
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients thriving construction business. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist with pricing, tendering, and estimating, while managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Pricing and tender submissions.
- Manage estimates and cost plans.
- Handle valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Ensure projects remain commercially viable and delivered on time.
The Role:
- Mainly office based in Fareham, with occasional lengthy travel to site.
- Quantity Surveyor background in either civils, groundworks, demolition or similar.
- Strong knowledge of commercial management and tendering.
- Ability to manage projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
