IVVQ Engineer

Copello have partnered with an established Air Traffic Management business based in Hampshire, in the recruitment of an IVVQ Engineer.

This role has a home base in Fareham but offers flexible working. There will be travel to various MOD sites required on a business requirements basis.

The role involves leading testing activities across a full engineering lifecycle, supporting the validation of high-integrity systems against defined requirements.

Key

Skills & Experience:

* Strong experience in Verification & Validation (V&V) of complex systems

* Knowledge of full engineering lifecycle and requirements management

* Background in safety-critical or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defence, ATM)

* Hands-on with system integration, documentation, and supplier acceptance

* Familiarity with configuration and change management processes

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline

* Familiarity with tools such as IBM DOORS or similar

* Exposure to communications, navigation, or surveillance systems

* Understanding of safety and regulatory frameworks

* Experience in waterfall or structured delivery environments
