TheAAT Programme
You will be based in our Audit & Assurance department, gaining valuable commercial insights into how organisations operate and the challenges they face. Your responsibilities will grow throughout the programme. Upon completing your AAT qualification, you may progress to further studies, such as the 3‑year ACA qualification.
What does our Audit & Assurance team do?Our teams carry out a detailed, risk‑based review of a company’s financials to determine whether the financial statements are an accurate reflection. We challenge financial operations and help improve internal processes, offering confidence to stakeholders through quality audits.
What do we look for?- Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges
- Minimum of 2 A‑levels (A‑C) and one other A‑level or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs graded A*-C or 9–4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent)
- Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Clear, thoughtful written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain financial information accessibly and supportively
