Evening Domiciliary Care Assistant – Fareham Looking for a rewarding evening care role with guaranteed hours, flexible shifts, and a supportive team? Mash Care are recruiting on behalf of Home Instead Fareham & Gossymbol & Gosport. We’re recruiting Evening Domiciliary Care Assistants to support adults living independently in their own homes across Fareham and surrounding areas, providing essential care and companionship during the evening hours.

• Guaranteed contracted evening hours (based on availability & experience)
• Evening shifts available – typically between 4pm and 9:15pm
• Full-time & part-time evening roles
• No experience required – full paid induction & ongoing training
• No uniform

• Providing personal care and dignity-focused support
• Assisting with evening routines, including washing, dressing, and bedtime preparation

• Caring, reliable, and friendly individuals
• Good finished spoken and written English
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential)
• Aged 18+
• UK resident (visa sponsorship NOT available)
