As a Disability Assessor, you ll use your professional expertise to help people understand how their health affects their daily lives while enjoying structured hours and ongoing development.
What s on Offer
- Salary: £39,500 £ 43,500 (increasing by £1,000 at 6 and 12 months)
- Performance bonus: Up to 10%
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 9 5 only no weekends, nights or bank holidays

- Review medical evidence and prepare detailed clinical reports for the DWP

12 weeks of paid, structured training covering DWP guidance, assessment techniques, and professional report writing.
Who We re Looking For
- Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
- Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience in an adult setting
- NMC / HCPC registration (or equivalent)
- Confident communicator and accurate report writer
- IT-literate and comfortable managing your own caseload
