Salary: £25,000-£30,000 Basic + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Christmas Bonus + Private Healthcare + 23-26 Days Holiday (plus bank holidays)

• Hands‑on leadership:
  Directors actively run successful, high‑billing desks

• Commission:
  • 10% on the first £10,000 of paid invoices
  • 20% on billings above £10,000
• Bonuses:
  • 8.5% quarterly bonus
  • 1% annual Christmas bonus (based on total yearly billings)
  • 5% business development bonus

  • Competitive holiday allowance (23-26 days + bank holidays)
• Realistic OTE:
  • Year 1: £50,000
  • Year 2: £80,000
  • Year 3: £100,000+
