Communications Analyst

Change Communications Analyst Duration: 6-months (possible extensions)

Gaydon (hybrid) Day rate: circa £250 (inside ir35) One of our clients is looking for an experienced Change Communications Analyst to support their CEX Unity programme, a key transformation bringing together four CEX teams into a single, aligned way of working. This role plays a critical part in helping people understand, engage with, and successfully adopt change. What you'll be doing Supporting the development and delivery of internal communications such as programme updates, FAQs, leadership messages and manager toolkits.

Helping create change impact assessments, stakeholder maps and engagement plans. Monitoring business readiness ahead of phased integrations and go-lives. Coordinating and delivering engagement activities including workshops, town halls and feedback sessions. Tracking employee sentiment and responding to insights from surveys and feedback. Maintaining communications plans, timelines and content calendars. Partnering closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Organisation Design and People teams to align change activity with delivery milestones.

Skills & Experience Proven experience in change management and internal communications within transformation programmes. Strong writing and storytelling skill s, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging and user-friendly content. Confident workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience using tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams and email platforms. Understanding of organisation design and employee experience principles.

Desirable Attributes Empathetic, people-focused and highly organised. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Experience in automotive, digital or customer experience environments is advantageous.
