We are searching for a Senior Block Manager for a highly reputable, UK‑wide property management company located in Fareham. Our client has created an environment with strong back‑office support and is looking for a new addition to manage a portfolio of leasehold blocks across the south coast.

Location: Fareham
Role type: Full‑time

• Managing a portfolio of blocks across the south coast
• Arranging for major works to be completed
• Conducting Annual General Meetings with leaseholders
• Handling insurance claims
• Setting and managing service charge budgets
• Upholding excellent customer service

• £50,000 salary
• Office based
• Monday – Friday (9:00‑17:30)
• 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
• TPI Sponsorship
• Clear scope for career progression and salary increases

• 2+ years’ experience in block management
• TPI Qualifications (desired)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Customer service focused
• Excellent time management and people skills
