Location: Segensworth, Fareham (3 days in office based and 2 days remote); moving to Southampton 2026
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 - 4:30
As a Product Marketing Senior Specialist in our UK & Ireland Marketing team, you will be responsible for one of our major growth drivers within our business, myopia management. Myopia management is an exciting emerging category which aims to slow the worsening of short‑sightedness in children.
Responsibilities- Be the key marketing contact for all product related support for Myopia Management for UK & Ireland
- Support the UK & Ireland Myopia Management business, identifying and championing opportunities within the market to maximise revenue and grow market share
- Act as a Myopia Management "product champion" within the UK and Ireland, ensuring all messaging is aligned to the master product messaging and positioning. Manage the development and coordination of assets & materials and support innovation and renovation initiatives
- Support the development of the annual UK&I Myopia Management marketing plan and product activity calendar, as well as developing strategies to grow revenue with customers. Work with the UK&I Customer Marketing team, sales and customer service functions to ensure tools and assets meet market needs and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with UK&I Product Brand Marketing team, UK & Ireland Customer Marketing, EMEA Marketing team, Professional Affairs and other functions such as Finance, Key Accounts, Customer Services and Field Sales.
- Work compliantly within the Medical Device Regulations (MDR), following the business approvals process for promotional materials.
- Manage the Myopia Management marketing budget
- Predominantly office environment with prolonged computer use, along with on‑ and off‑site meetings with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- 10% domestic travel.
- Excellent abilities in cross‑functional teamwork, project management, stakeholder management and influencing at all levels of the business.
- Ability to seek out and identify best‑practice and adapt it to create step‑change in business performance.
- Ability to read and understand highly technical material and simplify it for efficient audience engagement.
- Ability to identify digital and other trends from adjacent industries and apply this to CVI.
- Ability to multitask, be customer‑focused, with a drive for results.
- Advanced use of PowerPoint, with good working understanding of Excel and Word.
- Ability to create simple, persuasive, commercial arguments and category stories.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in related industries (e.g. optical, pharmaceuticals) would be desirable.
