PCB Inspector

We are looking for a PCB Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Fareham. The role involves inspecting electrical and electronic assemblies, controlling calibrated tools, and assisting with first article and quality problem resolution.

Compensation: £12.21–£14.50 per hour (DOE). Working hours Monday‑Thursday 07:30‑16:30 and Friday 07:30‑12:30. The temporary position may transition to permanent.

• Inspect electrical & electronic assemblies.
• Control & approve calibrated tool usage.
• Assist with First Article Inspection.
• Identify and resolve quality‑related issues.
• Collaborate with the Quality Controller to develop, improve & maintain quality standards.
• Provide QA support as needed.
• Proactively advise management of any issues.

• IPC Training advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings & instructions.
• Previous experience inspecting electronics is essential.
• Structured and logical problem‑solving approach.
• Independent and team‑oriented work style.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good time‑management skills.
