• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen environment
• Cleaning all crockery, cutlery, and food preparation equipment
• Assisting in preparation of meals for service
• Preparing food and ingredients for service

• A caring and compassionate nature
• Catering/cooking experience
• Knowledge of Food Safety
• The desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends
