This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Fareham. The Business Development Manager will oversee lead generation strategies, identify and build relationships with potential clients, and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs, presenting tailored service solutions, and fostering long-term relationships. The role also involves achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize client success.
Qualifications- Strong sales, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Experience with lead generation, client acquisition strategies, and account management
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and creating sales strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivation, goal‑oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools, as well as basic knowledge of PPC campaigns is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
