Housing Support Worker

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking to speak with Housing support workers, for position that we currently have working in the Preston area, for adhoc and block booking positions. The services that we work with support and help develop skills, knowledge and confidence of candidates - needed to maintain a stable home and structured lifestyle that comes with living independently. Referrals into the service come from a variety of sources including;
Housing providers, health services, police and probation and substance misuse services. You will be supporting clients in a person-centred way to move on to their own accomodation, also have experience of helping clients to develop independance and confidence to carry out tasks such as; budgeting, shopping, administration tasks, cooking, cleaning, laundry etc.

Experience of key working, carrying out group sessions, holistic assessments, support plan writing are beneficial. Pay rates for this post is £15.79 per hour LTD.
