Note:

Need prior experience in a consulting/CA firm and experience in accounting for clients  (Inhouse accounting experience will not be considered for this role)

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, including filing of returns.
Support statutory, tax, and internal audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and necessary documentation.
Monitor cash flows, expense booking, and vendor payments to ensure financial efficiency.
Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures of accounts.
Contribute to process automation initiatives and help strengthen internal financial controls.
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities as needed.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred.
3–10 years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax compliance.
Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and other regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or SAP.
Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Our Hiring Process:
If the profile of a candidate gets shortlisted, the hiring team will get in touch within 72 hours. The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interview (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management). Post Final Selection, there will be an interaction with HR representative. This process may take 10-15 working days.
