Role Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Associate to support day-to-day accounting operations, compliance activities, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily accounting entries

• Prepare invoices, journal entries, and expense records

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash/bank balances

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities

• Support month-end closing and MIS reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• Sound understanding of basic accounting principles

• Working knowledge of MS Excel

• Exposure to Tally or any accounting software is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred:

• Internship or hands-on accounting experience

• Immediate joiners
