We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our high-performance offshore team this role, you’ll lead accounting operations, manage financial reporting cycles, and work closely with client finance leaders across the U.S. and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical accounting expertise who’s ready to step into a global, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS and client policies
Partner with CFOs, controllers, and auditors on reporting and reviews
Mentor and guide junior accountants, driving performance and efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
CPA/CA/CMA/ACCA qualification required
5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior role
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP/IFRS and reporting standards
Hands-on experience with accounting tools like Quick Books, Net Suite, Oracle, or SAP
Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
Excellent communication and ability to work with international teams
