We have seen 20x growth in past 6 months and are rapidly scaling. We offer a wide range of products including games, gift cards, DLC subscriptions, and game points for platforms like Nintendo, Xbox, PSP, and Play Station.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Legal Analyst to support our growing global business across regulatory, compliance, and commercial legal matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to help ensure Driffle remains compliant, while also safeguarding the company’s legal and commercial interests across multiple global markets, with a strong focus on Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to legal notices, queries, and communications from global regulatory bodies and agencies.
Handle DMCA takedowns, IP, privacy, and publisher complaints
Draft and review responses to legal notices and third-party communications
Assist in reviewing and managing commercial contracts and agreements
Support the review of investment and corporate documents (SHA, SSA, etc.)
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on EU laws, including:
Gaming and marketplace regulations
GDPR and data protection
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Payments, Tech, etc.) to gather accurate information for legal matters
Requirements:
Law graduate or final-year law student (LLB / BA LLB)
Strong written English with clear and professional communication skills
Foundational understanding of contracts, intellectual property, and privacy laws
Exposure to EU laws and GDPR
Interest in gaming, technology, or startups
Prior internship experience at a law firm or as part of an in-house legal team
Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a dynamic environment
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to international laws, EU regulations, and in-house legal operations within a fast-paced startup environment.
