Lead Techno Commercial - Wire & Cabel

This role ensures timely response to RFP for MTO products primarily cables;
Deciding on Pricing, Schemes & incentives for various products for the Company.

About the Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /

ACCOUNTABILITIES

For MTO Products
Work closely with Design team to create the BOM in line with Sales /Customer requirement
Detail out the pricing for the Product
Identify potential value engineering opportunities to make our product priced competitively as per market requirement (will require working with R&D team)
Coordinate customer calls for technical clarifications
Work in submission of tender documents (as required) for specific orders

For MTS products
Detail out the pricing for each SKU (with inputs from Costing team) in line with Company profitability objective
Recommend Incentives & schemes for channels (with inputs from Sales & Marketing team) to be in line with Market practices
Work with Costing team to detail our process wise costs & SKU wise costing

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
B.E/ B Tech in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical would be preferred
Language Skills
English, Hindi, Gujrati, Marathi

8-10 years

Nature of Experience
Experience in handling similar roles in Cables & Wires companies

Preferred Skills
Technical Skills (if available)
ERP systems, Technical understanding of C&W products space & intricate understanding of the manufacturing process;
Sound financial understanding of product costing
