We’re Hiring:
Senior Retail Coordinator | Gurgaon

Style Island is a fast-growing women’s fashion brand expanding across  owned stores and multi-brand outlets (MBOs) across India . We’re looking for a  Senior Retail Coordinator  who can manage complexity, drive performance through structured follow-ups, and take complete ownership of retail execution — from the office and on the ground.

This is primarily an  office-based role in Gurgaon , with  frequent travel  to owned stores and partner locations.

Base:  Gurgaon – Pace City 2, Sector 37
Desk-led coordination role with strong on-ground ownership
Managing  15+ MBOs ,  2–3 owned stores  (and growing)
✈️ Regular travel to  Ambience Mall Gurgaon ,  SIS in Jalandhar , and other cities

What You’ll Do

Retail Coordination & Ownership

Act as the central point of contact for all owned stores and MBOs
Drive daily coordination across  sales, stock, VM, staffing, and compliance
Ensure SOP adherence, discipline, hygiene, tech readiness, and customer experience standards

Owned Stores Operations

Manage store reporting, training execution, and issue resolution
Oversee stock movements: inward/outward, replenishment, rotation, and audits
Track customer feedback and ensure quick closures in coordination with central teams

MBO Management

Handle regular communication with  15+ MBO partners
Drive performance reviews, audits, and structured action plans
Work with MBO managers to improve sell-through, reduce slow movers, and optimise stock mix

Training, Discipline & Execution

Coordinate and execute training for new launches and refresher programs
Ensure discipline, accountability, and consistency across locations
Follow up relentlessly until tasks are closed

Retail MIS & Analytics

Own weekly and monthly retail MIS
Track KPIs, highlight gaps, flag risks early, and recommend corrective actions
Share insights on bestsellers, underperforming styles, and store-level issues

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

Ensure consistent VM and brand presentation across all stores
Coordinate VM refreshes and hero product placements
Maintain alignment with brand guidelines

Market & Competitor Insights

Track competitor activity, mall performance, and local trends
Share actionable insights to support retail and merchandising decisions

Who You’ll Thrive As

3–4 years of retail experience, with  minimum 2 years in a management or coordination role
Extremely  organised, proactive, and follow-up driven
Comfortable managing  multiple stores remotely  while travelling when required
Strong communication skills — calls, Whats App, reports, follow-ups
Strong knowledge of excel and other such softwares
Data-oriented with a clear understanding of store operations, VM & inventory
Excited to work in a  fast-paced startup environment  with growing scale
