Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive for our customised menswear segment. The role involves understanding customer requirements, assisting with fabric and style selection, taking accurate measurements, and closing sales while delivering a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their custom tailoring requirements
Guide customers on fabrics, fits, styles, and design options
Coordinate with the master tailor for accurate body measurements
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Ensure proper order booking, billing, and follow-up for delivery
Maintain customer records and encourage repeat visits
Follow store SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in men’s apparel, tailoring, or custom clothing preferred
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of fabrics, fits, and menswear styling
Sales-driven mindset with closing ability
Preferred Profile
Experience in bespoke, made-to-measure, or ethnic menswear
Ability to upsell add-ons like waistcoats, shirts, alterations, etc.
