Position: Customer Experience Administrator (Permanent)
Location: Vale of White Horse

As a Customer Experience Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients, our engineers, and our internal teams — ensuring every job is handled with precision and care.

From raising client orders to issuing compliance certificates, you’ll be the person who keeps everything accurate, timely, and clearly communicated. You’ll also support engineer scheduling, keep clients informed, and be a reassuring, professional voice on the phone.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Orders & Administration

* Raise and process client orders accurately and efficiently

* Maintain up-to-date records and support invoicing when required

* Ensure all administration is completed to a high standard

2. Supporting Engineer Scheduling

* Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure engineers are allocated correctly

* Monitor job progress and communicate updates or changes promptly

* Help maintain smooth coordination between clients and engineers

3. Client Communication

* Provide clear, timely updates to clients on the status of their jobs

* Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and confidence

* Resolve client queries or direct them to the appropriate team member

4. Compliance & Documentation

* Send compliance certificates promptly once jobs are completed

* Upload all required documents to internal systems and client portals

* Ensure all records are accurate and compliant with service standards

5. Team Support

* Support the wider Customer Experience team with general office administration

* Contribute ideas to improve processes, communication, and the overall client journey

* Assist with any additional duties that help enhance service delivery
