kolt recruitment are looking for a met technician to join a well-established accident repair centre in farringdon. this is a full-time, permanent position within a busy and professional bodyshop, offering long-term stability and consistent work.

key responsibilities

* stripping and refitting vehicle components before and after repair

* removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components

* ensuring all parts are refitted to manufacturer standards

* identifying additional damage and reporting to the workshop controller or vda

* working closely with panel beaters and paint sprayers to meet deadlines

* maintaining a clean and safe working environment

requirements

* previous experience as a met technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshop

* good knowledge of vehicle systems and components

* ability to follow manufacturer repair methods

* strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* ability to work independently and as part of a team
