kolt recruitment are looking for a met technician to join a well-established accident repair centre in farringdon. this is a full-time, permanent position within a busy and professional bodyshop, offering long-term stability and consistent work.

key responsibilities

• stripping and refitting vehicle components before and after repair

• removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components

• ensuring all parts are refitted to manufacturer standards

• identifying additional damage and reporting to the workshop controller or vda

• working closely with panel beaters and paint sprayers to meet deadlines

• maintaining a clean and safe working environment

requirements

• previous experience as a met technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshop

• good knowledge of vehicle systems and components

• ability to follow manufacturer repair methods

• strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• ability to work independently and as part of a team
