Our client based in Abingdon are looking for a composite laminator to joint their team!
Composite Laminator

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Hand lay-up, wet lay, vacuum bagging, and infusion of composite materials

* Laminating using fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and resin systems

* Preparing molds, cutting materials, and applying release agents

* Reading and working from engineering drawings and work instructions

* Trimming, finishing, and inspecting composite parts to quality standards

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Adhering to health & safety and quality procedures at all times
Composite Laminator Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Composite Laminator (or similar role

* Motorsport experience would be ideal

* Strong knowledge of composite materials and processes

* Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision

* Good attention to detail and workmanship

* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Team player with a positive work ethic
