Worldwide Tech Services is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, and to support desk‑side applications and infrastructure as needed. You will interact directly with clients, address technical issues, and respond to them in a timely manner while meeting service level agreements.
The role requires driving to client locations and lifting up to 50 lbs, with occasional overnight travel.
