Management Accountant

We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing organisation to recruit a Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst.

This role offers the opportunity to join a high-calibre finance team within a business that is investing in its people, systems and processes.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering timely, accurate and insightful financial information, supporting decision-making across the business and helping to maintain strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and annual financial statements

Business Partnering wider business to establish requirements for reporting packs
Production of detailed monthly performance commentary against key KPIs

Supporting the budgeting and reforecasting processes

Acting as a finance partner to key stakeholders, providing FP&A support, analysis and reporting as required

Skills & Experience Required

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems

Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
