Salary: £28,000kpa

Contract: 18‑month Fixed‑Term Contract, Full‑time

Location: Yateley (In person)

My client is a successful and innovative engineering and manufacturing company operating on a global scale. They have experienced significant growth in recent years and are looking for an Electromechanical Assembler to support an influx of business and further growth opportunities.

• Assemble the constituent parts of products from PCB level through sub‑assembly to finished units, following company engineering drawings.
• Understand and build to wiring schedules, using appropriate meters where required, to check assembled work.
• Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with current Quality System procedures and standards, and where possible within the recommended times specified on the company ERP system.
• Understand and follow all Manufacturing Department administrative procedures and maintain records via the provided systems.
• Understand and use company IT resources – e.g. intranet, ERP system – to support day‑to‑day activities such as part enquiries, stock search, etc.

• Knowledge of PCB
• Hand soldering, crimping and assembly experience
• Surface‑mount experience (desirable)
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Good team player and able to build relationships
