Join Vodafone Business Security Enhanced and strengthen the cyber security of the UK’s Critical National Infrastructure and public sector organisations.

• You’ll manage and operate Windows, Linux, and VMware platforms to support VBSE and its customers
• You’ll become a subject matter expert in Network Management Systems and IT Security
• You’ll create and maintain platform documentation, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs, and process guides
• You’ll support customer deployments, user acceptance testing, and IT Health Checks
• You’ll collaborate closely with Architecture, Engineering, NOC, and SOC teams to provide deep technical support

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or Engineer, ideally in telecoms or ISP environments
• You’re skilled in Windows, Linux, and VMware systems
• You have hands‑on experience with Network Management Systems like Solar Winds, PRTG, Zabbix, or vendor‑specific tools
• You’re familiar with security technologies including AV/EDR and SIEM
• You can script in Python or Power Shell
• You hold a degree or equivalent experience
• You’re eligible to maintain DV security clearance
