** The Role
** We’re looking for a Performance and Paid Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the potential to extend.
You’ll take ownership of Tecna’s paid media, lead generation, and performance marketing strategy, ensuring every campaign drives measurable business growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role, ideal for someone who loves the balance of creativity and data, can execute at pace, and thrives on seeing campaigns deliver real results.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Content Marketing Executive and Marketing Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering campaigns that reflect Tecna’s design excellence, attract new leads, and grow our client base.
** Key Responsibilities
**** 1. Paid Media Ownership
** Plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads, You Tube Ads, and emerging B2B platforms.
Manage budgets, targeting, creative testing, and optimisation to maximise lead volume, ROI, and efficiency.
Execute A/B testing on copy, creatives, and CTAs to drive higher click-through and conversion rates.
Use data-driven insights to continuously refine campaign performance and scale what works.
Effectively manage a budget for paid activities.
** 2. Funnel Ownership and Lead Generation
** Manage the full marketing funnel (from campaign development to conversion) ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Optimise the end-to-end customer journey with the Head of Marketing, aligning paid activity with CRM workflows, content, and nurture sequences.
Build and manage multi-step retargeting and nurture campaigns across Linked In, Google Display, and email automation.
Track lead progression from MQL to SQL, reporting on pipeline impact, cost per acquisition (CPA), and revenue attribution.
Manage tagging processes and procedures and work collaboratively to ensure accuracy.
** 3. SEO and AI Search Readiness
** Support the wider marketing team in building Tecna’s organic visibility through keyword optimisation, content structure, and on-page best practice.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to Implement Tecna’s search strategy for the AI-driven search landscape (Google, ChatGPT, and other emerging tools).Monitor search performance and recommend improvements to align paid and organic search strategies.
** 4. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
** Audit landing pages and forms to identify opportunities for improved user experience and conversion.
Mange the production and Implementation of gated content.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing to refine layouts, forms, and messaging.
Partner with our Content Creator to optimise creative and copy for engagement and performance of areas the role manages.
** 5. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
** Plan and execute targeted ABM campaigns for priority sectors (aerospace, energy, innovation, emergency services and technology).Use CRM insights and paid targeting tools to reach and nurture key account audiences.
Track performance across awareness, engagement, and pipeline influence.
** 6. CRM, Attribution and Data
** Support the management and optimisation of Odoo CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking and data integrity.
