Junior Estimator / Pre-Contract Manager – Surrey
💰 Salary : £50,000 + Package + Commission

Are you looking to take the next step in your career within the construction and design sector? We’re seeking a Junior Pre-Contract Manager to join a dynamic team and support the delivery of high-quality projects during the pre-construction phase.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset to develop their skills in design coordination, cost management, and tender processes. You’ll work closely with senior team members to ensure projects are prepared for success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in taking IT, AV, and MEP Services briefs
- Support review of Employer’s Requirements and building survey analysis
- Help coordinate design and tender submissions
- Contribute to costings and programme development
- Liaise with subcontractors during pre-construction stage
- Assist in preparing specifications and summary cost reports
- Support health & safety planning and sustainability aspects
- Participate in preparing contract documentation and handover packs
