My client, a highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its growing established Employment team based in Guildford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior employment lawyer to take on a varied and high-quality workload within a supportive, forward-thinking firm that is known for its strong regional and national reputation.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and clients across a broad range of employment matters, advising both employers and senior individuals.

The role will include:

Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters

Managing complex employment tribunal claims

Drafting and advising on contracts, policies and procedures

Providing strategic advice on restructures, redundancies and TUPE

Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input

Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers

Playing a role in business development and client relationship management

I am keen to speak with:

A qualified solicitor or lawyer with 4+ years' PQE in employment law

Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of employment matters

A commercially minded lawyer with excellent client-handling skills
