Are you an experienced motor trade professional looking to take the lead in a fast-paced automotive environment? We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Fast Fit Manager to join our client’s expanding team based s is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background as an assistant manager, fitter, or a similar position at Kwik Fit or a comparable company, who is eager to grow a business independently and make a significant impact.

You will be given keys and a workshop to grow, develop, hire additional staff and expand! The more you grow the business the more you will earn!

This role offers a competitive earning potential with a realistic first year salary of up to £40,000. Our client is seeking a driven individual who can oversee daytime operations, perform MOTs, deliver excellent customer service, and maximise revenue through ethical upselling. Duties:

Manage day-to-day workshop operations, including MOT testing (if qualified) and fast fit repairs.
Perform MOTs, servicing, and labour sales with a focus on customer retention
Upsell services ethically to maximise workshop revenue
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business
Oversee workshop equipment including a four-post ramp, wheel alignment, and ATL Solo MOT Tester.
Ensure workshop compliance with health and safety standards
Support with marketing initiatives and utilise the customer database for business growth
Maintain accurate records using legacy IT systems such as Pinnacle Requirements of this Fast Fit Manager position:

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Fitter in the motor trade, ideally from Kwik Fit or similar company.
Entrepreneurial flair and a proactive approach to business growth
Strong customer service skills with an ethical sales mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the workshop
Friendly, motivated, and results-driven attitude
