Cloud Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Plant Fitter to join a well-established plant hire company based in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Plant Fitter with experience in the plant hire sector to secure a stable, long-term role with strong earning potential.
The successful Plant Fitter will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of a wide range of hire equipment and heavy plant machinery, ensuring all equipment is maintained to a high standard and ready for customer use.
The Role Plant Fitter:- Service, maintenance and repair of plant hire equipment
- Fault‑finding and diagnostics on plant machinery
- Working on excavators, dumpers, rollers, breakers and associated equipment
- Carrying out PPM and safety inspections
- Preparing hire equipment for dispatch and return
- Mobile and workshop‑based repairs as a Plant Fitter
- Completing service reports and documentation
