• 2+ years’ experience in a busy high-profile hospitality venue
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency

• Ability to multitask under pressure and show initiative
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Customer-oriented and service-minded as well as flexible and proactive
• Varying shift times across the seven days to include working evenings, weekends, bank holidays and both opening and closing shifts

Our Food and Beverage Assistants are responsible for the preparation and setting up of our cafe (indoor and outdoor), our event dining and all catering areas ready for service. Serving meals and refreshments to a high standard of service, clearing away and washing up. You will also assist with some catering-related cleaning tasks.
