Join Superior Healthcare Management, LLC to support a young client with complex medical and developmental needs in Faversham. This full‑time day shift role involves 12‑hour shifts, house‑based care, and driving the client to appointments.

• Deliver compassionate, person‑centred care and support daily activities, personal hygiene and mobility.
• Engage client in therapeutic activities: reading, puzzles, role play and creative play.
• Assist with medication and medical monitoring; record care notes.
• Drive client to college and other appointments; full manual clean driving licence required.
• Collaborate with care team, agency staff and local services to coordinate care and plan.

• Full‑time availability, 12‑hour shift schedule.
• Full manual clean driving licence; knowledge of local roads.
• Experience with clients with epilepsy, spinal surgery, post‑scoliosis surgery, Dravet syndrome, developmental delay is desirable.
• Previous care, paediatric or school assistant experience an advantage.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills; resilience and empathy.
