Avante Care & Support is a not-for-profit organisation supporting 1,000+ people across London and Kent. We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing strategy, grow occupancy and private revenue, and strengthen our brand and reputation.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll sit on the senior leadership team and lead our Sales & Marketing function with insight, creativity and data.

• Lead and deliver joined-up sales & marketing strategies
• Build Avante’s brand through digital, PR & storytelling
• Use data, CRM & insights to demonstrate ROI
• Lead, mentor & develop high-performing sales & marketing teams
• Represent Avante at events and across communities

• Proven track record of growth & performance improvement
• Data-driven, confident with CRM & analytics
• Excellent communicator and people leader
• Willingness to travel across London & Kent

• Competitive salary up to £75k
