MANN+HUMMEL, Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production toward takt time targets by improving processes and equipment. You will analyze mechanical systems, optimize layouts, and help implement actions that reduce downtime, scrap, and cycle times.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on problem solving and root-cause analysis to maintain continuous production flow.
