This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a smaller, hands-on business environment where accounting, inventory, and daily operations work closely together.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage daily accounting activities using Quick Books
  , including invoicing, payments, and financial recordkeeping.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Track inventory transactions, reconcile inventory records, and assist with inventory adjustments.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
• Process customer invoices, credits, refunds, and billing adjustments.
• Assist with purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payment tracking.
• Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation.
• Support month-end accounting activities, including journal entries and reporting.
• Utilize Excel to organize data, prepare reports, and track financial information.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Previous hands-on Quick Books experience is required.
• 3–5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• Experience maintaining accurate financial records and resolving discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable communicating with different departments and working independently.

PREFERRED:

• Previous accounting experience in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale environments.
• Experience with inventory tracking, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor management, and order processing.
• Experience assisting with month-end close and journal entries.
• Strong data entry and 10-key skills.
