Our client, a leading freight forwarding company in Felixstowe, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop a career in international freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and source new business leads within the freight forwarding sector.
* Book and schedule sales appointments for the team.
* Attend sales meetings alongside colleagues to support client engagement.
* Prepare and produce accurate quotations for customers.
* Obtain competitive rates from suppliers and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone and face-to-face skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
