Sales Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, global logistics business where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of International freight for some of our most important clients.

• Prepare and issue quotations for both new and existing customers, as well as overseas agents.
• Work closely with the Sales team to help identify opportunities and support business growth.
• Handle and coordinate Ocean Freight Shipments, including both LCL and FCL import & export.
• Manage Air Freight quotations and bookings both efficiently and accurately.
• Arrange and confirm bookings with carriers and service providers.
• Provide support to the field sales team where required, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• At least 2 years experience in Ocean freight forwarding sales.
• Strong understanding of pricing weight/measure, incoterms, and freight cost calculations.
• Proactive and confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
