• Prepare and process import/export documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Track shipments and update systems with current status.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams.
• Resolve documentation issues quickly and professionally.
• Stay on top of customs laws, tariffs, and classifications.

• Experience in a customs or logistics-related role.
• Skilled in using Destin8, CDS.
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
